Hey, I’m Weslynn — your midlife pen pal, hormone translator, and slightly-too-excited health coach. And the unofficial president of the “Why Am I Crying and Sweating at the Same Time?” club. I’m walking through this midlife season too, learning (sometimes the hard way) how to care for my body, mind, and spirit with more grace, intention, and faith.
As a health and wellness coach, I help women tune into what they really need — not just for their health or hormones, but for wholeness.
